On the mug’s façade we see a dressed-up cat accompanied by the attentive Gus—an endearing mouse formed by Grace’s boundless imagination. Gus makes a surprise appearance on the mug’s bottom interior. Handcrafted in black terracotta clay and finished in a white enamel glaze in Astier de Villatte’s ceramics studio in Paris.
