Small Moroccan Velvet Pillow, Ice

This original design is hand painted on radiant silk velvet to enhance the pillow's iridescent sheen. The color exudes a clean, contemporary look, while the intricate pattern adds an exotic touch. This design began in Kevin’s sketchbook, was printed on silk velvet, then hand-painted in small batches by artisans in Philadelphia. Dye is applied by hand in layers on the velvet fiber surface. Variations in color are part of the nature of their unique dying process.
